BROKER
This is an individual or organization that has contacts with people or organizations that have CASH. This "BROKER" then knows someone that knows someone that hopes to make a contact with someone that knows a "TRADER". This chain of "BROKERS" is known in the business as a "DAISY CHAIN". There are thousands of these "wanttobes", "hopetobes" and "wishtheyweres" in this business that ruin it for those, such as ourselves, that are legitimate and really do have the contacts that "brokers" wish they had.

TRADE PROGRAM
This an BROKER term for the participation in the buying and selling of Bank Debentures.

ROLL PROGRAM
This again is a broker term that describes what they think is a Trade Program. These DO NOT EXIST and anyone that uses that term should be avoided.

In this business there are more "wanttobes" than there are "REAL THINGS". The ratio of these are probably 1000 "wanttobes" to every 1 "REAL THING". I won't call these parties scam artists -- they are simply people that wish they could get to the right person to make that ONE HIT.

The signals are:

1. If the "BROKER" asks for UP FRONT FEES.
2. If the "BROKER" tells you that his fee has to come out of your income.
3. If you are told that documents to be submitted are not like the ones here included.
4. If your funds are NOT PROTECTED AT ALL TIMES.
5. If your funds are not handled on a "BANK TO BANK" basis.
6. If the documents presented to you are faxes of faxes of faxes.
7. If your questions are not answered to your satisfaction.
8. If those answers take a long time coming and are not complete.
9. In the case of a LARGE sum of money, i.e., $10 Million USD you should be introduced to a party close to the trader.
10. If the individual you are dealing with does not have a plan for the KEEPING of your profits protected and out of the reach of others.

If any of these things happen to you, then "If it walks like a duck" and "It talks like a duck" and "Looks like a duck" IT IS PROBABLY A "DUCK". These are the constant "TELL TALE" signals of the "BROKERS" and the chances of one of these guys "getting the job done" is somewhere between "SLIM AND NONE".
